We accept returns on our handmade press-on nails within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the nails must be unused and in their original packaging. This ensures that the quality and integrity of our products remain intact for all customers.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged nail set, (excluding the nail case), please reach out to us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to resolve any issues promptly.
